Perton Manor is a 50 bed Nursing Home that provides exceptional person-centred care for people living with dementia and/or other complex mental health needs. We pride ourselves on investing in each and every staff member, and supporting them professionally, to be the best version of themselves.

Our training goes above and beyond the mandatory standards for the sector, offering support with continuous professional development and plenty of opportunities for progression along the way.

The majority of our Senior Management Team have a long and successful history with the company, initially joining us as members of the care team. After excelling in their roles and being offered opportunities to undergo personal and professional development, they have further developed their knowledge and skills, growing with the company. This makes them a very supportive, strong and robust management team, as they understand the company not only as a whole, but also in respect of individual roles and their day-to-day requirements and responsibilities.

We offer competitive rates of pay across all staffing departments, working on a 7 day rota basis for Care, Nursing and Housekeeping. Hours may differ for Ancillary positions.
