Wellbeing Practitioner

Full and Part-time positions available at Perton Manor.

Are you passionate to create the motivation for life?

We are currently seeking someone with drive, creativity, enthusiasm and passion to be a part of the wellbeing team.

Job Role:

  •   To deliver person centred and meaningful activities both internal and external to interest and stimulate the physical and mental state and wellbeing of the residents. To understand the need of promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment for all residents through a person centred care approach.
  • To take part in organising fundraising events to go towards the residents activity funds.
  • To communicate closely with relatives, community and internal staff.
  • To be fun, enjoy socialisation and ooze confidence to engage with our residents

You will need to be flexible and able to cover during sickness and holidays.
